Since its inception, it has been this day without increasing the scale to deliver handmade sake with a heartfelt heart. The sake we deliver is fresh sake. Sake is a creature that changes the scent and umami throughout the four seasons. Living sake has the best drinks, and freshness is very important to enjoy the true taste.
