Description

It is a gem that Takarayama Sake Brewery puts all of the technology. Yamada Nishiki, a natural cultivation from Niigata Prefecture, was cultivated while coexisting with creatures in the rich nature of Niigata. Yamada Nishiki is suitable for cultivation in land where it cools only in the morning and evening, but Akira Ueno of Ueno Farm has challenged cultivation in Niigata in cold regions. This liquor, which has been contracted with a passionate farmer, is one of the "pole" of Takarayama Sake Brewery.
