Description

Fuji Takasago Shuzo's Tokubetsu Honjozo, polished to 60%, is brewed at the foot of Mt. Fuji in Fujinomiya, Shizuoka, using the yamahai method under the guidance of Noto-toji, master brewers from the Noto Peninsula, Ishikawa, who have led production here for generations. The ultra-soft Mt. Fuji groundwater produces a gentle, lightly sweet, mild flavor characteristic of the Takasago yamahai style that has earned multiple IWC Gold Medals.
