Description
Yamada Nishiki polished to a precise 35% makes this the flagship daiginjo of the Kariho lineup, named Makino after the name of the brewery's historic earthen warehouse in Akita. Brewed with medium-hard spring water from the Omono River and pressed using traditional sakafune ship-press technique, it earned silver at the U.S. National Sake Appraisal in 2018 and gold at Kura Master 2018.
