A junmai genshu hiyaoroshi from Taikan Shuzo, fired once in spring and aged through summer before autumn release. Dense and full-bodied with an acidity of 1.8, it is best served well-chilled or on the rocks.

The origin of the name "Taikan" is named by "Taikan", which was bitten by a commissioned military person celebrating the future. Sake and crown that were so named to match the celebration. The founding has a history of more than 120 years in 1873.
The warehouse is located in the Southern Alps, and in a clean environment.
Flexible sensitivity due to youth, polished technique, and teamwork. The teachings of Shingen Takeda, who aimed to build a country in the sum of people, live here.
