Wine Kobo Jikomi Sparkiling Nihonshu - Sparkling sake sake from Taikan Shuzo Co.,Ltd, Yamanashi
Description

Sparkling sake brewed with wine yeast at this Yamanashi kura, using the same method as Champagne with secondary fermentation in bottle. The use of wine yeast produces a lighter fermentation profile, and the sake is bottled while residual sweetness remains to capture natural carbonation. Banana-forward nose with a white wine-like entry that gives way to gentle rice flavor and a refreshing finish.
