
Yamada Nishiki is milled and brewed with ultra-soft Fuji mountain spring water at Fuji Takasago Sake Brewery, a style the brewery has cultivated since its founding in 1832 under the guidance of successive Noto toji masters. The result is a daiginjo with a quiet, composed aroma, gentle sweetness, and a gracefully lingering bitter finish.
