A namagenshu junmai ginjo from Suwa Shuzo in Chizu, Tottori, using Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60%. The brewery, operating since 1859 under the maxim that sake-making is never complete, produces this raw undiluted expression as part of its exclusive all-junmai lineup.

It is a warehouse located in Chizujuku, a post town where Honjin was used by the lord of the Tottori feudal clan on a change of work. The founding is in Ansei 6 years, and the inscription of Suwa Izumi is derived from Suwa Shrine in the back of the store. The theme of Suwa Izumi is "Happy Dining Table". We propose a happy dining table with alcohol.
