Brewed at Suwa Shuzo in Chizu, Tottori Prefecture, founded in 1859, this namagenshu junmai ginjo uses locally grown Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60%. Bottled without heat pasteurization or dilution, it represents the brewery's philosophy of all-junmai brewing with no added alcohol.

It is a warehouse located in Chizujuku, a post town where Honjin was used by the lord of the Tottori feudal clan on a change of work. The founding is in Ansei 6 years, and the inscription of Suwa Izumi is derived from Suwa Shrine in the back of the store. The theme of Suwa Izumi is "Happy Dining Table". We propose a happy dining table with alcohol.
