Description

For some reason, the bodhi -้…› sake feels sweet for the numbers of acidity and sake. There is no yogurt odor or habit due to lactic acid fermentation. The taste of this sake is added to the richness of aging and the depth of aging, only after aging progresses, but the sourness of the sourness and the low alcohol, and the young taste of the koji banana.
