Daiginjo from Sohomare Brewery in Tochigi, brewed with Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo's special A region, polished to 35%. Aged in the cellar before release, it offers a gently expanding, soft-textured flavor with elegant ginjo aromatics and the measured dryness characteristic of Sohomare's house style.
