Hatsushibori ginjo from Sohomare Brewery in Ichikai, Tochigi, brewed with Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo's special A region, polished to 60%. Released as the season's first pressing, it captures the fresh, vibrant aromatics of newly brewed sake using Tochigi's Kinugawa River system groundwater.
