This liquor is Daiginjo Sake, which won the Chief Governor's Award at the Gifu Prefectural New Sake Appraisal held in April 2021. Special Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture was used for 18 % of the time and effort, and this rice was used in both koji rice and rice for 100 % luxury. It takes about 50 days, packing the carefully grown mash in a beautiful sake bag and squeezing slowly without applying extra pressure. Ideally, low -temperature storage was applied at the ideal bottle fire and zero. Since it is a very delicate liquor, please always manage low temperature of 6 degrees or less in the refrigerator. Take it out of the refrigerator and drink slowly from about 12 degrees, about 10 minutes, and enjoy the change in the fragrance and umami of each time the temperature rises.
