Description

Junmai Ginjo Sake is brewed using yeast from Fukushima and sake -brewing rice based on the concept of "liquor to eat". It is a liquor featuring the fruity scent and the flavor of rice, but also a tight aftertaste brought by acid. In addition, this product is pinched by selecting only the first part (rough run) among the liquor that flows out by squeezing the throat.

Goumeigaisha Okidaikichihonten

Fukushima
The heart of Yoshiyoshi Oki Ogi Yoshimoto Honten, who has joy and challenges new sake brewing, has been challenging the sake brewing ahead of the era with the rich nature of Yabuki since the first generation Yoshiyoshi started brewing in Fukushima Yabuki (1865). I did it. "Natural home", "musical instrument Masamune", "Hello, cooking" We do not fear the failure and will not compromise on the accuracy of sake brewing. We will always pursue the deliciousness with the joy of drinking with the person who drinks. For this reason, we will raise people, protect nature, and convey the rich brewing culture to the next generation.
