🍶
Description
Recreated from a historical 1702 recipe, this genshu junmai carries aromas of chestnut, cocoa, miso and sweet potato with hints of burnt sugar and bonito flakes. At 17.5 percent alcohol, it drinks rich and full bodied without turning cloying, showing layered flavors of butterscotch, honey, maple syrup and dark chocolate that build to an umami rich finish.

Konishi Brewing
Hyogo
Konishi Sake Brewery, which has been popular with the catchphrase of "Yama is Fuji Sake is Shirayuki", was founded in Itami, the birthplace of Sake in 1550. Even now, 470 years after its founding, I want to be a support for customers to value the scenes and scenes with alcohol and have a richer and more fun time.
