Very fresh sake. The nose is very fruity (I get some apricot and peaches). The taste is very smooth and pairs well with almost everything. Tasted at 12°, lightly chilled.

Konishi Brewing

Hyogo
Konishi Sake Brewery, which has been popular with the catchphrase of "Yama is Fuji Sake is Shirayuki", was founded in Itami, the birthplace of Sake in 1550. Even now, 470 years after its founding, I want to be a support for customers to value the scenes and scenes with alcohol and have a richer and more fun time.
