Brewed at a Shiga brewery established in 1917 using Suzuka mountain spring water and local rice, this fire-pasteurized nigorizake was part of the Shirahada range. The brewery concluded sake production in June 2023, making this a legacy product from over a century of brewing in Higashiomi.
