Description

Produced at Shinro Shuzo in the Bizen region of Okayama Prefecture, this sake uses local rice fermented slowly at low temperatures and aged gradually after pressing. The soft water of the Seto Inland coast gives it a well-rounded umami with a gentle, lingering finish.
