Shinkai (Opened by the Divine) Daiginjo Otsue Fuji Musume from Fujimoto Shuzo features Otsu-e folk art labeling from the Edo period tradition of Koka, Shiga, adding visual heritage to the brewery's premium daiginjo. Founded around 1766 in Koka, a city historically linked to the Koga ninja tradition, the brewery draws on soft well water from the Yamamura Shrine on the brewery grounds, the water source whose miraculous discovery inspired the Shinkai brand name.
