A junmai from a Tottori brewery in Kurayoshi's historic white-wall warehouse district, brewed since 1875. The brewery produces Shikun (此君) in small batches from locally grown Tamaei rice, with all major steps done by hand. This label is dry-typed, with characteristic sharp umami and high acidity.
