A junmai daiginjo from the Shikun line, brewed in small batches at a Kurayoshi, Tottori brewery founded in 1875. The brewery uses locally grown Tamaei rice and maintains a dry house character across all grades. This top-grade bottling uses a 55% polishing ratio and shows the clean restraint typical of the label.
