無農薬の酒米作りは、無農薬の飯米を作っていた地元篤農家「家倉敬和」氏と、無農薬の酒米でより自然な酒造りを考えていた冨田との出会いにより、2010年に始まりました。農薬を無くすことにより、農家と酒蔵双方の想いの有る、新たな価値有るモノを生む、そんな気持ちを込め「無有(むう)」と名付けました。無農薬米ならではの優しさ・柔らかさのある味わいが詰まった商品となっています。
