Shichihonyari Junmai Muu - Junmai sake from Tomita Shuzo, Shiga
Description

This "Seven Pesticide -free Junmai Invisible" is a pure rice sake brewed using rice made from pesticide -free cultivation by local farmers. We release those that have been aged for about a year and a half on September 1 every year. By using pesticide -free rice, it is a liquor featuring a very mellow and soft flavor. I have been sleeping for a long time than normal products, but the aging is very calm, and I think that you can feel the kindness that blends in the body naturally. Pesticide -free sake rice was made by encountering a local agricultural farmer, Keiwa Ikura. Despite trial and error, we can make stable rice year by year, and we feel the unique kindness and softness of alcohol prepared with pesticide -free rice. By eliminating pesticides, "Muu", the product name, a new value that has the thoughts of both farmers and sake brewery. I named it with such a feeling. It takes a lot of time and effort to make normal rice, but I would like to continue working in the future. In addition, the label is also designed with "rice", which is sold for this sake, on the entire surface.
