Description

A junmai ginjo from one of Shiga Prefecture's oldest breweries, founded in 1534 on the northern shore of Lake Biwa near the Shizugatake battlefield. Brewed with Tama Sakae rice — a variety the brewery actively promotes through contract farming — polished to 50%, it offers rich umami, firm acidity, and versatility across serving temperatures from chilled to hot.
