Pressed from Akimasari rice at 70% polish as an unfiltered, undiluted nama (unpasteurized) honjozo, this winter-season limited release is bottled straight from the press at 19% alcohol. The name Hanabashiri refers to the first rush of sake from the pressing nozzle, capturing the fresh, forceful character of newly brewed sake before any processing.
