Description
The fifth expression in Enoki Shuzo's Shibori Hanahato pressing series, this Hattan-Nishiki junmai ginjo murokanamagenshu continues the brewery's tradition of releasing sequential batch expressions distinguished by pressing number and stage. On Kurahashijima Island in Kure, Hiroshima, the 1899-founded brewery uses the Seto Inland Sea's soft local water and locally grown Hattan-Nishiki for sake of fresh, layered depth.
