🍶
Description
Made with Yume no Kaori rice milled to sixty percent, this Junmai is light, clean, and silky with a subtle white flower aroma. A gentle sweetness carries through the palate, kept in check by a touch of acidity and a soft, dry finish. It is a restrained, refined style that stays subtle without losing flavor.

From the brewery
Original text from the brewery, in Japanese.

Our brewery is hot in summer, and the winter is strict in winter.
We will continue to seek the improvement of liquor quality to create an environment for the entire sake brewery, and continue to improve the environment, including water quality, temperature environment, manufacturing environment, storage environment and details.
Every year, as well as creating an environment, we will improve the level of the entire warehouse without neglecting the technology.
