🍶
Description
Part of the Edo gaeri series, this Junmai is brewed using the traditional kimoto method with pure groundwater from the Kinu River and no added ingredients. Made with heirloom Omachi rice, it opens with aromas of banana and melon and shows an earthy, rustic depth on the palate. The sweet and sour character recalls a style from two decades ago, finishing juicy and clean with a lingering sweet tart note.
