Brewed using the traditional kimoto method as an undiluted genshu at 13 percent alcohol, this junmai carries aromas of cherry, peach, grape and ginger. It drinks light, bright and crisp with a wine like astringency, showing flavors of mandarin orange, grapefruit, lemon water and spring water.
