Description
Senju Kasen from Kousoshuzou in Ushimado, Okayama, is brewed in the scenic Seto Inland Sea port town that has attracted travelers and poets since ancient times. The brewery has operated since the Tenpo era (1830), brewing sake known for its clean, rich umami suited to the seafood of the Setouchi coast.
