Senju Ichibanshibori Genshu Namazake from Kousoshuzou in Ushimado, Okayama, is an unfiltered, undiluted first-press sake bottled unheated from the brewery overlooking the Seto Inland Sea. The combination of first-press freshness, genshu concentration, and nama vitality produces an immediate, vibrant expression of the brewery's house character.
