Seisen Kikusui

It is the famous water of the local Aki (city) that supports Kikusui's sake and making sake. Excellent water quality is indispensable for making sake. In the first year of the Showa era, the first refrigerated storage equipment in Japan was introduced into a sake brewery, and the passion of famous wisdom and the tricks challenging the making of famous sake, such as realizing high -quality sake in the warm Tosa climate.
