🍶
Description
Produced in Fukushima with Ten no Tsubu, a rice variety exclusive to the prefecture, and fermented using a locally developed yeast. The aroma is gentle and floral, carrying through to a crisp, mild palate with delicate floral notes and a subtle mochi like sweetness. It finishes soft and smooth, without any harsh edges.
