Description
Sanshoraku Honjozo Kokiriko (named for the traditional Gokayama folk song) is brewed from locally grown Gohyakumangoku rice at Sanshoraku Shuzo in Toyama's Gokayama. Aged one year in the brewery before release, it develops a full, mellow umami with the characteristic dry, food-friendly finish of the house style.
