Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% forms this daiginjo from Tezuka Shuzojo, a small Ishikawa brewery producing around 200 koku annually in Komatsu City. Limited production and careful grain handling at this polish level are hallmarks of this rarely encountered Hokuriku label.
