Description

This cask strength genshu, pasteurized only once, is big and fruity with aromas of plum, cherry, papaya, and banana bread. The palate is chewy and full bodied with layered flavors of mango, white peach, pear, and grape that shift toward nougat and rock candy tones as the sake warms in the glass.
