Description
A muroka namagenshu (unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted) junmai daiginjo from Kojima Sohonten's Retsu series in Yamagata, brewed with Dewasansan rice. The triple designation of muroka, nama, and genshu means this sake is bottled in its most natural state, retaining maximum aromatic freshness, full body, and natural fermentation alcohol. Dewasansan rice, native to Yamagata, lends a soft, rounded grain character that shines through even in this intensely natural expression.
