Description

Rakunoyo Honjozo is the accessible everyday expression from Marui Gomei Kaisha in Konan City, Aichi, a brewery established in 1790 that has maintained its original flavor profile through generations of consistent brewing. Drawing water from a deep well connected to the Kiso River system and using yamahai methods under Tajima toji supervision, the honjozo offers a clean, characterful profile with solid rice backbone, gentle acidity, and a dry, clean finish. A historic Aichi honjozo for daily drinking.
