The Yakimaki Sake Brewery is Bunhei 2 (1862) at the end of the Tokugawa shogunate. In Japan at that time, it is said that in Japan, when the raw wheat case and the Satsuki World War broke out and the reign of the Daisho was approaching a few years later, the first Yatsusaki -sama began brewing in the southern foot of Yatsugatake, Kurosawa Village, Kai no Kuni.
Since its founding, the sake inscription was Kai Otomiyama and Ko (helmet) Masamune. The Yukari of Otoyama's sake is derived from Ishimizu Hachimangu Shrine in Kyoto. The Ishimizu Hachimangu Shrine was called Otoyama Hachimangu Shrine at the time, and the gods related to alcohol were celebrated.
