Otokoyama Fukkoshu

Description

Fukkoshu (revival sake) is a Otokoyama specialty that reconstructs a Genroku-era pure-rice dense-mash brewing record in modern form. Fermented as a concentrated junmai original, this thick, richly sweet, amber-toned sake represents an entirely different end of the brewing spectrum from the brewery's standard dry lineup.
