Description

Made entirely from rice grown in Okuizumo-cho, Shimane Prefecture, and water drawn from the Mt. Gyokuho spring, this sake reflects the brewery's all-junmai, estate-style approach. The mountainous terroir of the Chugoku region, home to roughly 70% of Shimane's sake rice cultivation, shapes its clean, composed character.
