Description

Koshihikari, celebrated as a top-ranked eating rice by the Japan Grain Inspection Association, is the unlikely star of this junmai from Okuizumo, Shimane. Skilled brewing technique converts the rice's natural sweetness into a refreshing, clean-finishing sake with a crisp, dry character that won a gold award at the National Hot Sake Contest in 2016.
