🍶
Description
Made with Yamadanishiki rice milled to fifty percent, this sake is intentionally left without a formal grade designation. The nose carries powdered sugar, grape, kiwi, and tangerine, while the palate stays clean, light, and layered with notes of Asian pear, Muscat, and watermelon. It finishes gentle and balanced, with a soft whisper of umami and no heaviness of alcohol.
