NINKI ICHI Rice Magic Sparkling Red is a vibrantly colored sparkling sake from NINKI INC in Fukushima Prefecture, using specialty rice to create a naturally red-hued effervescent expression. The brewing uses natural pigmentation from red koji or colored rice varieties.
