Description
Polished to 60%, this junmai ginjo undergoes secondary fermentation inside the bottle, generating natural carbonation without external injection at a brewery in Fukushima Prefecture. The bottle-fermented method produces a delicate effervescence with flavors of pear and spiced apple at a low 7% alcohol.
