Asano Hikari, a Saitama Prefecture sake rice, forms this shiboritate (freshly pressed) honjozo genshu namazake from Yokota Shuzo in Gyoda City, Saitama, under the Nihombashi label. The brewery was founded in 1805 and named after the Nihombashi district in Edo where the founder trained.
