Muroka, namagenshu, and jikagumi (direct-fill from tank) all preserved in this tokubetsu junmai from the Nadanosake Chiyoda Gura line at Ota Shuzo's Kobe facility. No filtration, no pasteurization, and no dilution deliver the sake in its most natural state, retaining the full character of Nada brewing.
