Description
Munehana Genshu is named for the family crest flower of Furukawa Shuzo in Kusatsu, Shiga, bottled undiluted as a genshu. Situated on the old Tokaido route, this longstanding Shiga brewery expresses its heritage through a richly concentrated, full-strength sake that reflects the depth of its local rice culture.
