Yachihoko Seidayuu is a premium daiginjo from Furukawa Shuzo in Kusatsu, Shiga, named for an honorific title linked to the deity Yachihoko. Polished to daiginjo standards with meticulous cold fermentation, it represents the brewery's highest craftsmanship applied to a mythology-inspired prestige label.
