Description
Mizutoriki Daisansho Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo is the third release in Kakuboshi's Mizutoriki series, brewed in Miyagi Prefecture with Miyamanishiki rice and no added alcohol. The junmai ginjo classification requires rice polished to 60% or less, allowing the natural character of Miyamanishiki to express itself with floral and fruity aromatics in Miyagi's cold climate.
